Initial Assessment

We offer a reduced fee of £55 for the initial assessment, which is 50 minutes long. Here we will gain a shared understanding of the main difficulty, think about what your goals are, how many sessions we may need and this is a chance for you to ask any questions.

One-to-One Sessions

For one-to-one sessions online or over the telephone, fees are £70 for a 50 minute session.

Mentoring Service

We offer a mentoring service for people of colour who are exploring a career in Psychology and CBT. This is free of charge.
